Welcome to the 3rd ELN Conference in Stockholm, Sweden.

We will meet to discuss and share best-practices of how lightweight technology and innovation has an important role to play in achieving sustainable growth.

The 3rd ELN conference is set in the beautiful waterfront of Stockholm, as part of the Swedish Presidency of the European Council.

Be inspired by best practices to learn how lightweighting has been deployed in other countries and industries.

Establish a lightweight strategy

The overall purpose of the conference is to push the lightweight roadmap forward on a European level by establishing a common European Lightweighting Strategy.

Keynotes

The conference programme will revolve around the topics of how lightweight contributes to sustainable growth. Moderator Erik Blixt, will guide us through the day. Speakers will be announced shortly.

Erik has moderated a wide array of business and political conferences for more than 30 years with great success. Among other tasks Erik has for many years facilitated seminars and panels during the Almedalen Week  –  a democratic meeting place since 1968.

Sweden hosts the conference upon invitations by the governments of Germany and Austria. The conference is organised by SIP LIGHTer – Swedish Innovation Program for Lightweight and RISE – Research Institutes of Sweden.
